Kwe, Hi, Hello, Welcome!
I’m Kaitlin – Indigenous graphic designer, illustrator, beadwork artist and general dabbler in all things creative. I was born and raised in South Western Ontario, with strong east coast Mi’kmaq roots. I began beading in 2020 to give my hands and mind something to do during the global pandemic (like many others - I needed a hobby!).
I use traditional Mi’kmaq beadwork techniques and mix them with a contemporary illustrative style to create my signature look.
