FAQ’s

  • Shop updates and restocks occur periodically. The date and time will be noted in the announcement banner at the top of the site and on Instagram. All items are first come, first served and no items can be held in cart.

  • YES! Of course! I just ask that you wear the jewellery with good intentions and respect. Cultural appreciation is MUCH different than cultural appropriation.

  • Unfortunately at this time, I do NOT offer returns. My pieces are all one-of-a-kind and often made to order. For hygienic reasons, returns cannot be accepted. If on the off-chance your earrings arrive damaged, please reach out and let me know.

  • Custom orders are not always available. Please refer to the Instagram page for more information on product release dates and custom order spot announcements.

  • Yes - if your earring breaks or is lost, please do let me know. I will try to accommodate any requests with a small additional charge as long as I still have the materials.

  • I am a designer/illustrator by trade. I find it easiest to create my designs using Procreate on an iPad Pro. I create beading grids, sort out colour palettes and keep track of each bead. These grids are available in the shop!

  • My paternal grandmother’s name was Pearline. She was a strong, Indigenous woman who unfortunately passed away at a young age. Beading is a way to reconnect with my culture and the namesake felt like a great start.

SHIPPING

All purchases are shipped via Canada Post and can take anywhere from 5-25 business days to arrive depending on your location and chosen method of shipping.

All items are shipped with tracking. I do not offer untracked shipping options.
A tracking number will be provided when the item ships out (generally within 1-3 business days after receiving cleared payment. If a tracked package is missing upon delivery, the buyer is responsible in contacting the post office.

Please ensure that your shipping address at the time of order is correct.
